Tom Madden recently joined Summit Capital USA, Inc. as our Senior Managing Director responsible for corporate finance and investor relations activities. Mr. Madden is an accomplished business consultant and investor relations specialist. Mr. Madden began his career in the business world as a restaurateur in the mid-1980’s when he founded and operated a three store franchise. After selling the restaurant chain, Mr. Madden gained experience in the capital markets during a career as a stock broker with Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1990 till late 1993. Believing that he had a unique set of skills well suited to private practice, Mr. Madden became a business consultant and he provided private capital fundraising and investor relations services to a host of public and private companies. Over the years Mr. Madden has participated in a host of transactions, including, notably, public company M&A transactions, private placements and corporate finance deals in various sectors ranging from Canadian mining operations to telecommunication providers in China, and pharmaceuticals companies in the United States. Mr. Madden also has over 20 years of experience providing strategic investor relations counsel to companies at every stage of development from start-up through multi-national public corporations. Recently Mr. Madden has focused his efforts as a strategic business development consultant to a large multi-national corporation where he spent a considerable amount of time travelling the world to assist in the creating new business opportunities.

Tom and his wife of twenty seven years reside in the Seattle, WA area and they have two delightful children. Tom served on a LDS mission to New Zealand, and  has served in local leadership positions for the community, including a term on the Federal Way school board and he has also served on the Board of several local charities.
