NYSE – NYSE Euronext, the holding company created by the combination of NYSE Group, Inc. and Euronext N.V., was launched on April 4, 2007. NASDAQ – Nasdaq.com is the official website of The Nasdaq Stock Market, the largest US electronic stock market. With approximately 3,200 companies, it lists more companies and, on average, trades more shares per day than any other U.S. market. It is home to companies that are leaders across all areas of business, including technology, retail, communications, financial services, transportation, media and biotechnology. NASDAQ is the primary market for trading NASDAQ-listed stocks.
American Stock Exchange – NYSE Euronext (NYX), the world’s leading and most diverse exchange group, completed its acquisition of the American Stock Exchange® (Amex®), becoming the third-largest U.S. options marketplace and enhancing the company’s leadership in ETFs, cash equities, closed-end funds and structured products.
As a result, NYSE Euronext has begun to integrate amex.com content and data into the nyse.com website. Effective the close of business, Friday, January 16, 2009, amex.com will be phased out.

London Stock Exchange – The London Stock Exchange is at the heart of the global financial market and is home to some of the largest, most successful and dynamic companies in the world.
The Exchange has built on a long history of integrity, expertise and market knowledge to become the world’s most international stock exchange. In October 2007 the Exchange merged with Borsa Italiana, creating Europe’s leading diversified exchange business, London Stock Exchange Group.

Toronto Stock Exchange – TMX Group operates Canada’s two national stock exchanges, Toronto Stock Exchange serving the senior equity market and TSX Venture Exchange serving the public venture equity market, Natural Gas Exchange (NGX), a leading North American exchange for the trading and clearing of natural gas and electricity contracts and Shorcan Brokers Limited, the country’s first fixed income interdealer broker. TMX Group also owns The Equicom Group Inc., a leading provider of investor relations and related corporate communication services in Canada. TMX Group is headquartered in Toronto and maintains offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

Frankfurt Stock Exchange – The Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse) offers access to both the Regulated Market and the Regulated Unofficial Market (Open Market). The Regulated Unofficial Market is also referred to as the exchange regulated market because, as the name implies, it is regulated only by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange itself. Within the regulated market and the regulated unofficial market, there are four listing segments which serve the different needs of issuers and investors.

OTCBB – The OTC Bulletin Board® (OTCBB) is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. An OTC equity security generally is any equity that is not listed or traded on NASDAQ® or a national securities exchange. OTCBB securities include national, regional, and foreign equity issues, warrants, units, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and Direct Participation Programs (DPPs).
