Scot Reynolds is a Managing Director of Summit Capital USA Inc. where his responsibilities include the provision of corporate finance and corporate business advisory services to our clients; particularly in the Northwest States. Mr. Reynolds brings over 20 years of business experience gained as an entrepreneur, with particular expertise in business management and organizational operations.

While working as a consultant with Proform Fitness, a large manufacturer of exercise equipment, Mr. Reynolds led the company to an ISO 9000 certification in the early 1990’s. In 2000, after ten years in sales and sales management, he took over as owner and president of a boat manufacturing company in the Pacific Northwest. By 2007 the company had grown to over 100 employees building hundreds of boats annually. Since selling the boat company in 2008 Mr. Reynolds undertook managing investment activities for Northwest Crest LLC., a private equity firm.

Mr. Reynolds resides in Federal Way, Washington with his wife and three children.
